Since the onset of the COVID-19 outbreak, our firm has been dedicated to taking the extra steps to ensure the safety of our clients and employees while remaining accessible to our clients in need. We have made a commitment to ourselves to take precautions to mitigate the risks involved with this new virus. Precautions we have taken include:
- Face Coverings: Our staff is required to wear face coverings when interacting in close proximity with other members of staff and clients. We also require our clients to wear masks unless they are medically unable to do so.
- Public Health Guidance: We follow the ever-developing guidance from the CDC and Illinois Department of Public Health and implement recommendations into our daily procedures. Procedures implemented include daily sanitization of frequently used surfaces and health screenings and temperature checks for all individuals who come to our office.
- Social Distancing: Our employees maintain proper social distancing to reduce the potential risk of spread of the virus if it were to ever breach our other defenses. Our conference rooms are spacious and allow us to maintain social distancing during appointments.
- Video Conferencing Options: If you still feel the risks are too high, we are able to meet with you remotely using most major videoconferencing services.
