As a reminder, there is a new requirement for LLCs and Corporations to file a report with FinCEN. Reporting entities existing before 2024 must file a report with FinCEN including company and Beneficial Owner information before January 1, 2025. Entities formed on or after January 1, 2024, must file a report with FinCEN within ninety (90) days of receiving notice that the entity creation is effective. All reporting entities must update the report within thirty (30) days of any changes.
