Ryan R. Stodden Named Shareholder of Plager, Krug, Bauer, Rudolph & Stodden, Ltd.

We are pleased to announce that Attorney Ryan R. Stodden has become a shareholder in the firm. Ryan, an alumnus of Galena High School, earned his undergraduate degree at University of Dubuque, summa cum laude, and earned his law degree at Northern Illinois University, magna cum laude.  Mr. Stodden’s general practice of law focuses on estate planning including wills and trusts; estate and trust administration; business and commercial transactions including business entity creation, as well as contract preparation, negotiation, and review; real estate transactions; tax law; and related litigation. Ryan is married to Freeport native Lindsay (Ellinor) Stodden. Lindsay is a special education teacher at the Le-Win Junior High School, coach for the Le-Win Junior High track team, and assistant coach for the Freeport varsity volleyball team.  Ryan is currently a board member of the United Way of Northwest Illinois and is a member of the Freeport Noon Rotary, Stephenson County Farm Bureau Young Leaders, and Greater Freeport Partnership Young Professionals Network. He is also a member of the Illinois Bar Association where he is a member of the Standing Committee on Legal Technology, and he is a past-secretary of the Stephenson County Bar Association. Mr. Stodden is also a graduate of the Highland Community College Leadership Institute. Ryan is dedicated to providing quality representation and being an active community member in Northwestern Illinois. Ryan enjoys being outdoors, hunting, playing and watching sports, and spending time with his family and friends.
