Originally from Pearl City, Illinois, Charles Rudolph has an understanding and appreciation for the needs of the individuals, businesses, organizations and communities of northwest Illinois.

Mr. Rudolph is admitted to practice law in Illinois, and is a member of the Illinois Bar Association where he is a member of the Agricultural Law section council. He has served as treasurer of the Stephenson County Bar Association.

Mr. Rudolph is a graduate of Northern Illinois University’s College of Law, where he graduatedmagna cum laude.  At NIU he also was a member of the Board of Editors of the College’s Law Review, where he served as a Lead Articles Editor.

In addition to his commitment to provide professional service to northwest Illinois, Mr. Rudolph also strives to give back to the community.  To this end, he is currently a member of the Pearl City Lions Club, and the Salvation Army Advisory Board and has previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Northwest Illinois Chapter of the American Red Cross and the Freeport Downtown Development Foundation.
